Exchanges and returns

This is going to be a serious note, so please take note, and stand up for optimum results!  Well, not really, but it’s imperative that you know of any company’s stern return policies and their reasoning behind any undertaking that they may need to instil.  Here’s our simple one:

Given the nature of our products, and specifically for hygiene reasons, Sunnybeds must adhere to a No-Return and No-Refund policy.  We hope you understand… Unlike any useable items that you may buy elsewhere, beddings once opened and used may not, should not and cannot be returned!

However, if you may have received anything faulty with our goods; please – on the get-go – take a photo and send us an email with your notes to: sales@sunnybeds.com or call us on +357 9930 2127/ +961 3732051 within 7-days from the day of receiving them.

We will respond promptly and ask – if warranted – to return the items in their original condition, and we must stress that the sets have neither been used nor washed, with all tags in place.  When we receive your items, we’ll confirm receipt and have our Sunnybeds team inspect them before we exchange them, and send you another set without charging you any additional shipping fees.  See, that was painless!
