At Sunnybeds, we’re all about comfort — and that goes for your shopping experience too! If something’s not quite right with your order or if you don’t like the way it looks, don’t worry — we’ve got your back (and your bed 😉).
💛14-Day Exchange Window
You have 14 days from the day you receive your Sunnybeds order to request an exchange. Just make sure your items are:
- Unused and unwashed
- In their original packaging
- With all tags still attached

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, so we can sort it out quickly.
Once we’ve reviewed your message, we’ll let you know the next steps. If an exchange is needed, we’ll kindly ask you to return the item in its original condition. As soon as we receive and inspect it, we’ll send out your replacement set — no extra shipping charges on our end. See? That was totally painless ☀️
